Abstract

These Provisions are enacted to regulate the practice of judicial expertise on environmental damage and clearly define the business scope of judicial expertise institutions on environmental damage and the types of practitioners of judicial expertise. The Provisions consist of 9 Chapters: General provisions; Judicial expertise of pollutant properties; Judicial expertise of environmental damage to surface water and sediments; Judicial expertise of environmental damage of air pollution; Judicial expertise of environmental damage to surface water and sediments; Judicial expertise of environmental damage of soil and groundwater; Judicial expertise of environmental damage to offshore marine and coastal zones; Judicial expertise of environmental damage to ecosystems; Judicial expertise of other environmental damage; Supplementary provisions.
