Abstract These Provisions regulate the acts of inland-water-related maritime administrative punishment, safeguard and supervise over maritime administration, maintain the traffic order of inland waters and prevent vessels from polluting water areas. Chapter II provides for the application of inland-water related maritime administrative punishments. Chapter III deals with violations of the order of: safety administration of owners and operators of vessels and floating installations; vessels, floating installations and their registration; crew members; dangerous goods carriage; ensuring navigation safety; the rescue vessels or floating installations distress; investigation and handling of traffic accidents on inland waters; and, prevention of pollution of water areas by vessels.
