To this end article 3 contains a list of substances that cannot be discharged into the environment and public water sources. Article 4 establishes general and specific standards for factories, such as textile and garment factories, pulp and paper factories, paper mills, slaughterhouses. Part III regulates the compulsory installation of waste water treatment systems by factory owners. Final provisions concern the inspection of factories to be carried out by inspectors appointed by the Minister. Full text English
