Abstract

The purpose of these Provisions is to safeguard the sovereignty and the rights and interests of the People's Republic of China, to carry out rational exploitation of seas and oceans, and to lay in an orderly way and protect submarine cables and pipelines. The Text consists of 22 Articles.
