Underwater hunting shall be carried out in accordance with Regulation on artisanal and sport fishing in the internal water bodies of the Ukraine currently in force (1990). The Regulation consists of 4 Sections. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 establishes the duties of underwater hunters. Section 3 establishes the rights of underwater hunters.
