Abstract

This Provisional Regulation shall be applicable to deposits lake salt and mineral salt that are suitable for industrial management. In particular it regards sodium chloride that can be used for alimentary purposes. Salt lakes shall be classified as marine, continental and mixed. Lakes shall be classified as brine lakes, dry lakes and sand lakes in relation to the type of salt deposit. Lake salts shall be classified as chloride, sulphate and carbonate. Rock salt shall be used for alimentary and technical purposes. By type of extraction lake salt shall be classified as lake deposited salt formed under natural conditions and basin deposited or artificially deposited salt.
