Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Provincial Parks Act. Section 1 establishes that the lands described in the second column of the Schedule are designated as provincial parks and each has the name given to it in the first column of the Schedule. The text – consisting of 5 sections – deals with the following matters: designation of provincial parks, classification of parks, land use categories, additional land use category, reference to plan and repeal. One Schedule is enclosed.
