Abstract The present Regulations are mande under the Provincial Lands Act, 2016. In particular, the Regulations provide for use and ownership of agricultural land in the Province of Saskatchewan. Furthermore, the Regulations address the issue of foreign ownership, sale of provincial land, agricultural leases, leases for oil and gas development or mineral development.
