In particular, Schedules 1 of the above-mentioned Regulations list the land designated as “provincial forest” and Schedule 2 list the land designated as “satellite provincial forest”. Section 2 establishes that lands designated as provincial forests or satellite provincial forests that are both: forests a) owned by the Government; and b) have been assigned for the purpose of management to the Department shall be managed in accordance with Crown Forest Land Management Plans.
