Abstract The present Regulations enact the Ecological Reserves Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to ecological reserves. For the purpose of the present Regulations “access agreement” means the Access and Co-operation Agreement entered into by the Government of Canada, the Government of Saskatchewan and the Canoe Lake Cree Nation, dated 20 May 1997, as set out in Part II of the Appendix. Section 3 establishes that subject to section 4, the lands described in Part I of the Appendix are designated as provincial ecological reserves. The text consists of 5 sections and 1 Appendix.
