The Provincial Council shall elaborate a plan containing all the general directives to be followed in the mining field, particularly as regards the exploration of mineral resources, thermal waters and mineral waters (art. 2). Article 9 lays down certain amendments to Provincial Act No. 6 of 1980, namely as regards the composition of the committee set up under article 4 of the same Act.
