Abstract

With a view to ensuring the enhancement and improvement of the provincial zootechnical resources, this Provincial Act lays down certain conditions under which the animal artificial reproduction may be practised. Artificial fertilization interventions are allowed only to qualified veterinarians and registered operators as per article 2. The Provincial Council, in association with the provincial veterinary agency, shall arrange and promote training courses destined to operators (art. 6) by allocating the financial resources referred to in article 7.
