Particular protection shall be granted to the territories, rivers, watercourses, mountains, glaciers and regional or provincial parks referred to in article 1/bis. For the execution of works on such territories, an authorization is required (art. 7). In case of refusal of the authorization, the applicant may resort to the College for Landscape Protection (art. 9). The Provincial Commissions for Landscape Protection shall be set up under the Provincial Council. Article 21 sets forth the penalties to be applied in case of contravention.
