Abstract

These Regulations place restrictions on the taking of turtle eggs and the killing of turtles. No person shall use the gear prescribed to hunt turtles, take buried turtle eggs or kill or catch turtles during prescribed periods. The Regulations also place restrictions on the sale or offering for sale of turtle eggs, turtles or turtle meat.
