The present Act enters into force on 3 December 2009.
Abstract

The present Act provides for the protection of wild ponies in the Bronson Forest. Section 3 establishes that ‘no person ‘ shall in any way willfully molest, interfere with, hurt, capture or kill any of the wild ponies of the Bronson Forest.’ The text consists of 7 sections.
