For the purposes of section 6 of the Act, a rate per ton of the tonnage of a ship is prescribed. For the purposes of section 7 of the Act, the minimum amount of levy is prescribed. The rate prescribed by subregulation (1) is applicable to the quarter commencing on 1 July 1995 and all subsequent quarters.
