Abstract Regulations to implement the Protection of the Sea (Oil Pollution Compensation Fund) Act 1993 and to give effect to provisions of the Convention on the Establishment of an International Fund for Compensation for Oil Pollution Damage 1971. Regulations provide for the registration of foreign judgements, payment of subscriptions under section 21 of the Act and records to be kept by persons to whom article 10 of the Convention applies.
