Regulation 3 provides for communication by the Registrar of negative decisions on approval of a new variety under section 32 of the Act. Regulation 4 specifies particulars to be entered in the Register of Plant Breeder's Rights with respect to applications and grant of rights. Decisions regarding grant of rights shall be published in the Journal of Intellectual Property pursuant to regulation 6.
