Abstract These Regulations lay down rules and procedures for the application for the registration of a geographical indication, and prescribe fees. Schedule I specifies the fees to be paid in respect of matters arising under the Act or these Regulations. Schedule II sets out the forms referred to in these Regulations, such as forms to be used for the refusal or cancellation of the registration of a misleading trademark or a trademark which conflicts with a geographical indication for wines and spirits.
