The Schedule may be amended, from time to time, by the Minister. A licence shall be issued by the Minister for a specified period of time. The only articles listed in the Schedule are species of coral. The Ordinance also makes provision for enforcement and prosecution, defines offences by corporations and prescribes penalties for offences committed under this Ordinance. Full text English
