Abstract This Act sets forth provisions on the appointment and duties of praedial larceny warden; registration of farmers and vendors; certification relating to agricultural products and livestock for the purposes of purchase, transfer of livestock ownership, conveyance of agricultural products and livestock; imported agricultural products or livestock; sale of livestock and perishable agricultural products; and offences and penalties. The Chief Agricultural Officer is responsible for the administration of this Act. Moreover, the Register of Farmers and the Register of Vendors shall be kept by the Chief Agricultural Officer.
