Abstract

The Rules, made under section 8 of the Forest, Soil and Water Conservation Act, prescribe offences in areas of Protected Forests as declared under section 7 of the Act and make provision for the seizure and disposal of property including timber and livestock. Offences include: timber cutting, grazing of livestock and planting of annual crops.
