Abstract This Act makes amendments in the Principal Act regarding the management of PAN activities. To this end, this Act inserts new sections on the establishment, powers and duties of the Protected Area Network administration under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Commerce (PAN Office), and of the Marshall Islands Marine Resources Authority Board of Directors (PAN Board). Furthermore, new sections on the establishment of the Coastal Management Advisory Council and the establishment and management of PAN Fund are also inserted.
