It also provides for control of the conduct of the professional practice of property valuers and disciplinary powers of the disciplinary tribunal appointed of under this Act. "Property" in this Act includes movable assets which forms part of an immovable property. The Council shall, among other things, register any person required to be registered in terms of this Act and appoint a Registrar for this purpose. The Council shall, after consultation with voluntary associations, registered persons and the Minister, draw up a code of conduct for registered persons. The Act defines offences. Full text English
