The present Regulation comes into force on 3 June 2013.
Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Species of Risk Act. In particular, section 2 of the Regulations establishes that the prohibitions under section 28 of the afore-mentioned Act apply to the listed wildlife species set out in Schedule A. The text consists of 3 sections and 1 Schedule.
