Abstract

This Order prohibits the importation into The Bahamas from California of any plant, tree, plant material or packing material that comes into contact with such items unless accompanied by certificate issued by the United States Department of Agriculture or by the Department of Agriculture of the State of California stating that the imported plant is free from any harmful or dangerous disease or insect. “Plants” includes also plants or parts of plants intended for human consumption.
