Abstract

In exercise of the powers vested in him by article 5A of the Fisheries Law, the Minister of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment prohibits fishing by any mean or the passage of vessels in the maritime areas of which the coordinates are defined in the Table attached hereto. For the purposes of protecting fishery resources and aquatic organisms, fishing by any mean within less than 500 metres from the “Zenobia” wreck (whose coordinates are indicated in the text of this Order) is also prohibited.
