Programme of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

The strategic objectives of the Government will be: 1) to ensure the security of the Republic of Armenia and the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic; 2) to implement the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia as amended in 2015, modernise the system of state administration in the Republic of Armenia; 3) to further develop democratic institutions; 4) to increase the level of confidence in the electoral system; 5) to reinforce the systematic fight against corruption and shadow economy; 6) to fight against poverty and enlarge the middle class; 7) to develop human capital and reduce unemployment; 8) to establish social justice; 9) to ensure equal and fair conditions and conditions promoting business for all those who create added value; 10) to promote industry that is targeted at export; to provide state support to newly developed projects ensuring rapid economic growth; 11) to increase the recognisability of Armenia and the level of confidence in the country, as well as attractiveness for investments; 12) to increase the level of food safety in the Republic of Armenia; 13) to promote public-private partnership; 14) to continue diversification of the structure of energy production; 15) to develop and popularise energy-saving technologies; 16) to improve environmental protection; 17) to ensure qualitative growth of the healthcare and education sectors; 18) to continue to co-operate with the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic for promoting the economic development of Nagorno-Karabakh; 19) to make social support more targeted.
