Abstract

This Programme, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on plant health protection (Republic of Srpska), determines the measures, deadlines, manner of implementation of measures, entities implementing them, sources and manner for use of funds and manner of control over the implementation of special control measures as regards the presence of quarantine harmful organisms in registered plantations or gardens in the Republic Srpska for the year 2020. The aim of this programme is to determine the presence, that is, the absence of quarantine pests on parent trees in registered plantations and isolation belts present on the territory of the Republic Srpska. The goal of special supervision is also the fulfillment of phytosanitary conditions for production, relocation, trade and export of fruit planting material. Special supervision for the purpose of detection of quarantine harmful organisms is carried out during import and on the entire territory of the Republic Srpska.
