Abstract This Programme, based on the provisions of the Law on assessment, prescribes the topics for which a professional exam is taken for assessor engaged in the evaluation/assess of value of goods and environmental impacts. The Programme for taking the professional exam for an appraiser to assess the value of goods and environmental impacts consist of: I. Basic concepts as follows: the media of the environment (water, air and soil) and areas of the environment (nature, waste, noise and all other elements that represent an inseparable whole of the environment); II. Liability for damage caused to the environment, as follows: liability for environmental damage; costs for undertaking preventive and remediation measures and restitution of environmental damage; III.
