Feedingstuffs may be placed on the market as long as they appear in the list contained in the Schedule hereby attached and fulfill the conditions prescribed therein. Derogations may be provided exclusively for experimental or scientific purposes and upon adequate official inspection. Rule 4 sets out labelling and packaging requirements.
