Abstract These Regulations amend Part V of Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations in order to give effect in Wales to Commission Decision 2002/794/EC concerning certain protective measures with regard to poultry meat, poultry meat products and poultry meat preparations intended for human consumption and imported from Brazil These Regulations also correct an earlier defect in S.I. 2002/1387 (W.136) by including in Part V of Schedule 2 to that instrument a reference to Commission Decision 2002/251/EC concerning certain protective measures with regard to poultry meat and certain fishery and aquaculture products intended for human consumption and imported from Thailand.
