Regulations come into force on 1 August 2004.
Abstract

The main amendment made by these Regulations in respect of the repealed Regulations is that the definition of destination establishment in regulation 2(1) has been amended in line with the requirements of the common veterinary entry document. Schedule 1 has been revised in order to implement Community instruments that have come into force since the Products of Animal Origin (Third Country Imports) (England) Regulations 2004 came into force. Part II of Schedule 3 has been amended to reflect the Czech Republic's status as a member State.
