Abstract

This Regulation concerns the sale of drugs, vaccines and biological supplies for the prevention, treatment, control or eradication of disease in production animals. The sale of medicines is subject to a licensing and this Regulation sets the requirements and procedures for obtaining licences (sects. 4-6), specifies which are the duties of the licensees and provides for the maintenance and inspection of records of the sale of medicines. Section 13 specifies which are the permitted medicines under this Regulation.
