Abstract

In regulation 4 amounts of benefit are prescribed and additional rules for the establishment and payment of the amount given. No product stewardship (oil) benefit is payable in respect of oil (including gazetted oil obtained through recycling) that is to undergo further recycling before it is sold to the end user.
