Abstract

This Ordinance provides with respect to trading in produce specified in the Schedule to this Ordinance, i.e. cocoa, coffee, spices, limes and tomatoes. A person who wishes to purchase such produce, except from a licensed dealer, shall obtain a licence from the Treasurer. Licensed dealers shall keep a record of purchases. The Ordinance also provides with respect to inspection and prescribes offences.
