It shall be the duty of the Chief Executive Officer of the Ministry of Agriculture to comply with and enforce the provisions of all Regulations made under this Ordinance for the purpose of maintaining the standard of produce exported from Samoa and he or she shall have for this purpose necessary powers as specified in this Ordinance. The Head of State shall have powers to issue Regulations on quality standards, packing, treatment, handling, etc. of produce intended for exportation. Full text English Website www.paclii.org
