Abstract

In order to prevent the risk of BSE spreading into Thailand and prevent any risk from animal movement across the country, importer must strictly follow this proclamation, the Ministerial Regulation regarding import, export and transit of animal and its carcass into the Kingdom of Thailand B.E. 2544, and any procedure on animal health and sanitary proclaimed by the Department of Livestock Development. The Proclamation applies to live cattle and carcasses that are sensitive to BSE, including semen, embryo, their raw materials and by-products.
