Abstract

This document proclaims a state of emergency in Idaho due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). It provides that the plans and procedures of the State of Idaho Emergency Operations Plan are to be implemented. This proclamation serves pursuant to Section 46-1008, Idaho Code, as authorization for the resources of state government to assist in efforts to deal with the public health emergency of the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in Idaho.
