Abstract

The present Order implements the Farm Products Marketing Act (C.C.S.M. c. F47) and the Manitoba Processing Potato Marketing Plan Regulation (Man. Reg. 206/2006). Section 1 establishes that a potato growing agreement used by a processor in acquiring potatoes from a producer must deal with the subject matters set out in the Schedule to this Order in a manner satisfactory to the board. The text consists of 2 sections and 1 Schedule.
