Abstract

The present Order implements the Farm Products Marketing Act (C.C.S.M. c. F47) and the Manitoba Processing Potato Marketing Plan Regulation (Man. Reg. 206/2006). Section 1 establishes that no producer shall market a regulated product other than: a) to a registered processor; b) to this Board. The text consists of 9 sections as follows: Method of marketing potatoes (1); Method of acquiring potatoes (2); Varieties of regulated product (3); Permits (4); Exemptions (5); Pooling (6); Delivery orders (7); General (8); Non-application (9).
