Abstract

The present regulations provide for the enforcement of the Canada Agricultural Products Act. In particular they lay down provisions relating to processed products. The text deals with the following issues: Health and safety, grades and standards, test marketing, registration of establishments and operation and maintenance of registered establishments, packing, marking, analysis, inspection and grading services, exports, interprovincial trade, imports, administration. The text consists of 73 sections divided into 11 Parts. Twelve Schedules are enclosed.
