Abstract

These Regulations concern the inspection and sampling of processed food as defined by the Processed Food Act. Inspection or analysis shall be carried out in accordance with these Regulations by persons authorized by the Director of the Bureau of Standards. Provisions of these Regulations also concern the grading of food and methods of inspection and sampling.
