These Procedures enter into force on 1 September 2011.
Abstract

The purpose of these Measures is to ensure food safety and guarantee the health of the general public. The Text consists of 62 Articles divided into Chapters: General Provisions (I); Ordinary Provisions (II); Small Food Production and Processing Workshops and Food Vendors (III); Supervision and Administration (IV); Legal Liabilities (V); Supplementary Provisions (VII).
