Abstract These Procedures are enacted in order to regulate the certification of pollution-free agricultural product and to guarantee the scientific and impartial results of product certification. The Agricultural Product Quality Safety Centre of the Ministry of Agriculture shall assume the work of certification of pollution-free agricultural product. The Ministry of Agriculture and the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China shall promulgate the Catalogue of Products Subject to the Certification of Pollution-free Agricultural Product in accordance with the relevant national standards or industrial standards.
