For the purposes of section 41 of the Act, a person having an objection to an application may file a statement of objection addressed to the land registrar at the address of the solicitor for the applicant. A statement of objection shall, state the nature and extent of the interest claimed in the objection and include an affidavit that verifies the objection and sets out all documents necessary to support it. The applicant shall submit an application package described in subsection (2) to the land registrar. The Regulations also provide for the decision on application.
