Abstract

These Procedures amend the Procedures Conferring the Right to Cultivate Land/Right to Utilize Land for Agricultural and Livestock Breeding Purpose issued by the Central Committee for the Manament of Culturable Land, Fallow Land and Waste Land under Notification No 1/91 Dated 12th December, 1991. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings in particular related to the issue of authorization, natural resources and land use planning, etc.
