Abstract

This Title of Article 17 of the Environmental Conservation Law of New York provides for the procedure of issuance of an order directing any person to discontinue discharge of sewage, industrial waste or other wastes. It provides for hearings; notices, and service of process; proceedings before the commissioner of environmental conservation of New York; hearings for persons aggrieved; and review by courts.
