Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Sachsen-Anhalt Forestry Law of 13 April 1994. Article 1 of the present Ordinance establishes that advice and support shall be given to single forest owners and forestry cooperatives provided that they fulfil their duties according to the Forestry Law of the Land Sachsen-Anhalt. Article 2 establishes the kind of counselling, such as, for example, instructions for planning, carrying out and organizing forestry works, providing forestry guidelines for forestry management, instructions relating to financial management of forestries.
