The present Regulation enters into force on 3 August 2004.
Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Private Managed Forest Land Act. The Regulation provides for determination of exit fees and lays down provisions relating to critical wildlife habitat, including appeals. The text consists of 11 sections and 3 Schedules as follows: Schedule A lists forest management activities with respect to restrictions on local government authority regarding land use; Schedule B lists exit fee adjustment factors based on number of years property is assessed as Managed Forest; Schedule C lists species at risk with regard to establishment of critical wildlife habitat.
